Amber Waves restaurant, located inside the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel, will be offering a special romantic dinner for two on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 4:00 to 10:00 pm.

The romantic dinner for two is $39.99 and includes the following.

Starter/Appetizer

Choose 1 of the following starters:

– Chips & Salsa
– Artichoke Dip
– Spring Rolls
– Quesadilla
– Soup or Salad
– Popcorn Shrimp

Beverages

One glass each of your choice:
– House Wines
– Champagne
– Apple Cider

Additional glass $4.00 each.

Entrees

Your choice of two:

– Petite Filet Mignon & Scampi (5 oz petite filet mignon topped with peppercorn steak butter and 3 scampi prawns with lemon garlic butter)

– Grilled Chicken Pasta (Grilled breast of chicken served on top of angel hair pasta and topped with garlic Parmesan cream sauce)

– Vegetarian Ratatouille (Vegetarian/vegan ratatoullie wellington)

Choice of two sides:

– Roasted red potatoes
– Mashed potatoes
– Vegetable medley
– Fries
– Rice Pilaf
– Coleslaw

Dessert

One dessert for two:

Chocolate ganache heart cake with two chocolate covered strawberries.
