When Brew & BBQ was first introduced at Canada’s Wonderland back in 2016, it was our first indulgence in what would become a longstanding food love affair with the park. Chef Dilup Attygalla opened our eyes to various menu items, like the pork belly sandwich, that we had not tried before, and it was life changing.
In all honesty, last years Brew & BBQ left us sort of yearning for more. The menu was similar in nature to years prior and nothing really excited us too much.
However, for 2019, that has all changed with a brand new list of menu items that has us ecstatic to see Brew & BBQ return for 2019.
The 2019 Canada’s Wonderland Brew & BBQ takes place July 18 – July 21, 2019 and is included with park admission. Food and beverage booths are open between 1:00pm – 9:00pm. The cost of food and beverage are an additional cost. The big change this year is Brew & BBQ will take place in the new Frontier Canada section of the park.
Access to the food and beer is via specially purchased tickets or a tasting card. The Brew & BBQ Tasting Card is $27 and includes 4 items from the menu below. Individual ticket prices are listed after each item. Most of the menu items are also included as a dining plan option, as highlighted below.

The other big change is the list of Brew & BBQ menu items, which look incredible!
– BBQ Tandoori Chicken Wings (4 chicken wings marinated in aromatic Indian tandoori spices, served with kachumber salad)(Dining Plan eligible) (4 tickets)

– Roast Beef Slider (served with kettle chips and coleslaw)(Dining Plan eligible)

– Smoked Cedar Plank Salmon (topped with honey lime sauce, served with kale salad and cous cous salad)(Dining Plan eligible) (5 tickets)

– Pulled Pork Meatballs (topped with BBQ sauce, served with cabbage slaw and chips)(Dining Plan eligible) (4 tickets)
