Can you believe just a few short months ago we were all giddy with excitement for the 2018 season of Cedar Point to kick off so we could see what Steel Vengeance was all about? Now, here we are ready for fall and the iconic Halloweekends!
As the weather cools and the monsters come out to play, it is always exciting to see Cedar Point in a new season. Plus it gives the park the opportunity to roll out new menu items just for Halloweekends!
So come with us on a walk around the park as we look at all the new menu items found throughout Cedar Point for Halloweekends!
Midway Market
Midway Market is offering a special limited HalloWeekends Fall Buffet for $14.99. However, the bonus is that the dining plan upcharges do not apply. So redeem and eat till your heart is content!
Stuffed Baked Potatoes
We always have loved the idea of a stuffed baked potato for Halloweekends. Since first being introduced in 2016, the Cedar Point has offered two versions. The price point this year is the same as 2017.
The turkey dinner baked potato comes with slices of turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce ($9).
New for 2018, Cedar Point will debut a new pot roast potato ($9). This tater has us even more excited to try than the turkey dinner version.
Roasted Corn
Once you try roasted corn on the grill, you will never go back to boiling it again! For the second year, Cedar Point is offering roasted corn on the cob. Guests have the option to select from traditional butter, roasted garlic, elote-grated cheese & chili pepper, or spicy chipotle for $5 each.
Smoked Turkey Legs
Giant smoked turkey legs are always a huge hit and head turner. New for 2018, Cedar Point will offer a variety of new sauces.
Flavors include bloody BBQ (red Carolina Gold sauce), honey jalapeno, cranberry BBQ and buffalo at $9 each.
Kettle Corn
The smell of freshly cooked kettle corn also grabs you as guests enter the Frontier Trail. Look for a return of the extra large bags of the popcorn treat.
Sweet Treats
This year the former food tables offering seasonal drinks and treats have been moved into either existing food stands or the special event food booths scattered throughout the park.
Apple Dumplings- $5.25
Pumpkin Roll- $3.50
Cupcakes- $1.50
Cookies- 2 for $2.00
Assorted Pies- $3.50
