Carowinds Taste of the Carolinas

Carowinds and Executive Chef Kris Siuta are proud to present the inaugural Taste of the Carolinas event taking place this summer. The Taste of Carolinas will be held Saturday and Sundays between April 18 and May 17, 2015. Food booths will be open from 11:00 am until one hour before the park closes.

Taste of the Carolinas will be part of daily admission and not a specially ticketed event.

Throughout the run of Carowinds Taste of the Carolinas event, special presentations and guest appearances will occur to enhance the experience.

In addition to some spectacular food offerings, the Taste of the Carolinas will also feature local beer and wine producers to be announced closer to the event.

Taste of the Carolinas will feature cuisine from 9 different regions.

Asheville/Mountain Region

– Smoked Trout Rillette Flatbread
– Appalachian Cheese Plate
– Mushroom Ravioli with Smoked Turkey and Wild Herb Butter

Upstate South Carolina Region
