CAROWINDS SIGNATURE FUNNEL CAKES – The Carowinds Funnel Cake Emporium offers guest the opportunity to purchase a plain funnel cake, or indulge and top them with your favorite toppings and/or soft serve ice cream.

In addition, the park will also feature some Signature Creations and new toppings for the 2015 season. Lets take a peak at what is in store.

– Red Velvet Funnel Cake: Featuring a chocolate frosting and cream cheese icing
– Champagne Strawberry Funnel Cake: With a hint of mint and lemon
– Carolina Peaches and Cream: Served with peaches and whipped cream
– Dreamsicle: Made with an orange gelatin and cream cheese base, topped with mandarin oranges

Additional Signature Creations may be added throughout the year.

New toppings for 2015 include: Candied almonds, white and dark chocolate chips, caramel, and crushed pineapple.
