Prior to Toft’s, the building was formerly another a generic ice cream parlor as seen in the photo below.
I visited Tofts on May 17 and received the most horrible service! After waiting forever, I was given the wrong type of ice cream TWICE (along with other people in line) no one knew what they were doing.. Very, very disappointed..
