For the past 3 years, Cedar Fair’s partnership with Coca-Cola has paid back in dividends for members of the My Coke Rewards program. Simple by entering codes from caps and multi-packs, you earn points that can be redeemed for a variety of items. Since the partnership with Cedar Fair, our family took advantage of the program in 2013 and 2014. It was as a result of those visits to the park that we can up with the idea of the CPFoodBlog, and as a result, in 2015 we became season passholders.
Tickets on the My Coke Rewards program are normally 1,000 points to all of the Cedar Fair parks. At a max of 75 points that one can enter in the program per week, it would take a member about 14 weeks to earn a free ticket, assuming no bonus points.
During previous year flash sales, Cedar Fair tickets were reduced to only 250 points, making them an excellent value!
For 2015, the My Coke Rewards program never released discounted tickets at the beginning of the season like they did in years past. Therefore, one either needed to save up 1,000 points, or take advantage of the 20 MCR codes offer from July.
So that is why today’s flash sale on tickets to Cedar Point, Knott’s Berry Farm, or any of the Cedar Fair parks is a great bargain! For only 200 points, guests get a free ticket to the park of your choice. However, it comes with some disadvantages.

One must redeem the tickets by September 7, 2015. The following parks are participating in this offer: Cedar Point, Cedar Point’s Soak City, Carowinds, Dorney Park, California’s Great America, Kings Dominion, Kings Island, Knott’s Berry Farm, Knott’s Soak City – Orange County, Michigan’s Adventure, Valleyfair, Wildwater Kingdom or Worlds of Fun.
