Typically guests wanting to purchase Fast Lane for one of the Cedar Fair parks to bypass the regular line have two options.
1) Purchase a date specific wristband with fluctuating prices based on demand.
2) Add to a season pass the option to get a Fast Lane wristband on every day you visit. The price is dependent on which type of season pass one owns.
The question is often asked should I buy the single day Fast Lane in advance of a visit, and the answer is really dependent on multiple factors.
A general rule of thumb is Fast Lane is always cheaper to buy online in advance of your visit versus waiting to get one when inside the park. However, no one can fully predict the crowds which dictate the price fluctuations.
Weather of course also plays a factor, and often times if they are predicting rain over a weekend, guests may see crowds peak on the day before or after, spiking Fast Lane prices.
Cedar Fair is currently testing out a new Good Any Day Fast Lane at select parks.
– Kings Dominion: $75
– Kings Island: $109
– Valleyfair: $75
– Worlds of Fun: $85 (Fast Lane Plus)
The Good Any Day Fast Lane are valid through September 2, 2024. Worlds of Fun is the only of the parks listed above that offers Fast Lane and Fast Lane Plus. All other parks shown combined into a single Fast Lane program.
The new Good Any Day Fast Lane give guests the opportunity to save money on what could be peak days during the summer. No longer will guests have to be tied to a specific day without knowing what the weather or crowds would be far in advance.
