We always get to this point in the season and wonder where did the time go? HalloWeekends decorations have already started to appear on the Cedar Point midways for the 2022 season, which means fall is just around the corner. 2022 with be the 25th anniversary of HalloWeekends at Cedar Point!

HalloWeekends officially returns September 15 and runs Thursdays to Sundays through October 30.

Fright Lane wristbands are now available, ranging from $49-89 and include the following attractions.
– Bloodbath
– CornStalkers 2.0
– Fearground Freak Show
– The Haunting of Eerie Estate (formerly G.A. Boeckling’s Eerie Estate)
– Hexed: Black Magic
– Slaughter House

Additional Scare Zones/Mazes are as follows:
– Banished
– Blood on the Bayou
– Blood Bath (replaces Deprivation)
– Cut Throat Cove
– Harvest Fear
– Tombstone Terror-tory

In addition, check out the first look of the 2022 No Boo necklaces, this year featuring a skeleton with what appears to also be a lighted lanyard.

HalloWeekends Shows

Midnight Syndicate will be back for the 25th anniversary of HalloWeekends. The group also celebrates their own 25th anniversary this season, making for an extra special appearance. The new show will be called Midnight Hour: 25 Years of HalloWeekends with Midnight Syndicate

The show will once again play in the Jack Aldrich theatre at the following show times.
Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays: 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 pm
Sundays: 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 pm

Also new for 2022, the Farmhouse stage will feature Scare-a-oke on Thursdays only from 7-11 pm. Guests will be able to take the mic and try their scariest rendition of Halloween classics.

Celebration Plaza will be known as Festival of Fear and host a variety of shows throughout the day/evening. The opening ceremony will be hosted by the new Mister Midnight, who will call to harvest all of the scare actors.

The stage will also be home to the Raging Inferno & Skin and Bones band, The Shrieks, and during the day, The Monsters are Coming Charlie Brown.

Also be on the lookout for a new roaming Slash Mob, offering choreographed scenes throughout the midways.

The Fangtastics will take over the stage at Red Garter.

The Tell-Tale Heart will once again take place at the Glass Blowing Stage.

The Witch Sisters will perform daily at Fort Sandusky, and then transition to the Arcade Balcony for evening performances.

A new show, Wake the Dead: A Murder Mystery Musical will take place at the Palace Theatre.

HalloWeekends Rides

While most rides will open on Saturdays and Sundays, the park has released the limited list of attractions open Thursday evenings and Fridays.
