Knott’s Berry Farm’s Amber Waves restaurant, located inside the Knott’s Hotel, will be offering a special Valentine’s Day romantic dinner for 2. The meal will take place February 14 from 4:00 to 10:00 pm.

For $49.99, guests can select from the following menu items.

– Petite Filet Mignon & Scampi (5 oz filet mignon topped with peppercorn steak butter and 3 scampi prawns with lemon garlic butter)

– Petite Lobster Tails (Garlic butter basted twin lobster tails)
– Grilled Chicken Pasta (Grilled breast of chicken served o top of angel hair pasta and topped with garlic Parmesan cream sauce)
