At the time of publication, select Cedar Fair parks have been given the green light to open their parks following the delay from the COVID-19 pandemic. Schlitterbahn water parks will be the first to reopen on June 13. Worlds of Fun is the first amusement park to open starting on June 22 only for season passholders. Kings Island will then open to season passholders July 2-11 and to everyone July 12. Cedar Point starts a phased reopening for passholders starting July 9.
Guests with a valid 2020 season pass can now start making reservations online for both the Schlitterbahn water parks and Worlds of Fun.
After selecting the number of guests, you are then presented with a calendar to select the date you wish to visit the park.
We decided to select a random date in the future, that shows Worlds of Fun is limiting capacity to 600 people per half hour. Some days show time slots from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm while others only show slots from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Look for possible additional time slots to be added once they have a handle on things.
After selecting a time slot and adding it to our cart, we tried to go back in and add an additional day to the same reservation, but it would not allow us to add one associated with the same season pass number.
While we simply ran a test, we did not finalize the reservation since guests can be penalized for taking a time slot and then not using them. Per the terms, “Guests who no-show for two reservations without contacting us to cancel them are subject to penalty and blockout periods.”
It will be interesting to see if guests can make additional reservations beyond the single day.
Unfortunately, the Schlitternbahn reservation system does not appear to be recognizing Platinum season passes. Their website still remains on the original website platform and has not been migrated to the new Cedar Fair standard system that all the rest of the parks use.
Both Kings Island and Cedar Point have yet to load the reservation system into their platforms at the time of publishing.

Thank you! This is extremely helpful inforamtion.
Per Worlds of Fun response, platinum can reserve the limit per each park.
Wait, so can Platinum Passholders reserve more than one day?
EX: If I reserved a day at the park on June 26, could I then reserve a time on July 3, or can I not reserve another day until I visit on my first day?
How do I get this on my app? Also, I received notice on the CP that I won a buy one get one free ticket. It said I would be sent an email. That was a couple weeks ago, and still no word.
The coupon is worthless anyway. You have to pay GATE price, so if you bought 2 ONLINE, your not getting anything in reality. The smaller instant prizes are worthless
