<p>Each year we like to look at the comparative rates of the various publicly available hotel rooms at Cedar Point. Did you know there are special promo codes available to save you money? </p>
<p>This year, the 2019 CoasterMania event for roller coaster enthusiasts is June 7. Cedar Point sets aside a portion of their available hotel rooms for this event. In order to reserve a room, guests must use promo code <strong>MANIA</strong>, and it is only valid on the nights of June 6 and/or June 7. </p>

<p>So lets do a comparative analysis across all promo codes to see if we are getting the best deal, using June 6 &#038; 7 as the sample dates. Note, some of the promo codes below can be used on many dates throughout the 2019 season, so you are encouraged to try the various codes to see which saves you the most money.</p>

<p>We love being a Platinum season passholder to Cedar Fair because it offers the most value to us who happen to visit a lot of the parks within a year. Being value conscience, it also gives us the opportunity to save the most money (free parking, admission, discounts, etc.). </p>

<p><strong>2019 RETURN Rates</strong></p>

<p>Seldom advertised, but it has been available for years, is the returning guest rate. If you have stayed in a Cedar Point property in the past, you qualify for the <strong>RETURN</strong> promo code. The tricky part is getting this promo code to actually return results. As of the time of writing, the <strong>RETURN</strong> code only appears to work at Hotel Breakers and not the other properties.</p>

<h2>2019 Cedar Point Hotel Rooms Summary</h2>
<p>This is where it always gets FUN for us, as we compare the numbers to save the most money! </p>
<p>The best rate during CoasterMania for stays at Hotel Breakers is actually not by using their special MANIA promo code, but by using the RETURN rate. </p>
<p>The biggest bang for the buck is in staying in a cabin or cottage during CoasterMania, as the MANIA code offers up to a 50% savings off the rack rate! This is an incredible deal, especially if you want to share the space with other family or friends! </p>
<p>The Cedar Point Express Hotel offers the best deal via the MANIA code. </p>
<p><em>Note: From what we can tell, the RETURN rate at Hotel Breakers only appears to be valid through stays up to June 13, 2019.</em></p>
<p>While we have played around a little bit with dates and promo codes, there may be some other sweet spots programmed into the system that are open for the hunt.</p>
