<p>One of the new 2018 summer bar menu items at Cedar Point&#8217;s Bay Harbor is the Anchor Salad. This featured salad is made from chopped romaine, three cheese, avocado, crispy tortilla chips, and your choice of grilled chicken or broiled salmon. </p>
<p>While the Anchor Salad is normally $18, on Tuesdays, guests can purchase one from the bar or patio during Happy Hour for only $10 from the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/2018-cedar-point-bay-harbor-summer-specials/">2018 Cedar Point Bay Harbor Summer Specials</a>. </p>
<p>We opted to try the Anchor Salad with grilled chicken. In addition, while the salad is served with a balsamic vinaigrette, we also sampled the ranch and celery seed house dressings. </p>

<p>The salad was fantastically fresh and light. In addition, the celery seed dressing is WOW! Like seriously so, so good and paired excellently with the salad. The chicken was perfectly prepared and overall, the Anchor Salad is one of our new favorite quick options at Bay Harbor! </p>
