<p>New for 2019, the <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/carowinds-dining-guide/carowinds-fair-fries/">County Fair Fries</a> food stand at Carowinds is offering a Mexican Street Corn on the menu that we just had to try! </p>
<p>Three mini corn cobbettes are roasted and then served on a skewer. Then the corn is covered in an herb mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. </p>
<p>This is one of those dishes that is so simple, yet so much better than your standard corn on the cob. In addition, the fact that it is three mini corns makes it perfect for sharing. </p>
