Have you gone to Canada if you have not tried poutine? The signature Canadian dish features fries covered in brown gravy and topped with cheese curds. However, while the classic poutine is great, the new age of fries is ushered in with a whole new lineup of toppings.

One of the signature Canada’s Wonderland poutine options is topped with buttered chicken. Chef Dilup takes his really, really good recipe for butter chicken and piles it on top of fries and of course served with brown gravy and cheese curds.

Dare we say, the butter chicken poutine is even better than the original!

The chicken packs a tremendous amount of Indian flavor. The cheese curds pack the perfect amount of chewiness to melted texture.
