30 years! In 2019, Cedar Point’s Magnum XL-200 celebrates it’s 30th anniversary. The 200+ foot hyper coaster helped place Cedar Point on the map and started the process of bigger and better roller coasters that we enjoy today.
Graphic designer Kristopher Werner has been cranking out Kings Island inspired artwork since 2017, with the introduction of pieces featuring The Vortex, The Racer, and Son of Beast.
Now, Werner Designs has crafted his first Cedar Point inspired art after the Magnum XL-200.
The Magnum XL-200 posters measure 16″x20″ and are currently available for $25 on the website.

My favorite moment on Magnum was probably last year where I got a hilarious pic of my hair flying straight up due to the airtime. Still one of my favorite pics to date. It was also running a bit smoother last year so hopefully that remains true this season as well
During HalloWeekends last year my boyfriend and I were the only two riders on the train. Of course we had to sit in the very back for that airtime.
My favorite memory was about nine years ago. It was the first time I ever took my than 9 year old daughter to Cedar Point. I just really enjoyed seeing the excitement in her eyes and on her face. It was like I was reliving my first time riding the different rides
Tim: Please see your PM.
Justin I replied to your email. Thank you

After a long, horrible span of 10 years of not riding coasters, Magnum helped me get my Sea legs back. 1/2 way down the first hill, a switch inside me flipped from “maybe this isn’t for me anymore” to “THIS IS LIFE!”
I was tricked onto this ride by Jeremy Schaal my first time. My hands hurt after from holding on so tight. I was cussing him out all the way up the hill, while all the other riders laughed. By the end of the ride, i was ready to go again! Magnum was the start of my obsession with CP!
My favorite memory of riding Magnum XL 200 was riding every seat during Millennium Mania, only to confirm the best seats are 6-1 and 6-2.
My favorite non riding moment was opening year where the crowd passed the time in the queue playing volleyball with an inflatable ball that was won in the adjacent “Guessing Game” on the Magnum Midway. I seem to recall at one time (3) volleyballs going at once.
My favorite memory on Magnum (favorite ride ever) was on the last day of the season in 2017. It was my 100th Ride of my life, and I was so happy to be in the back seat to catch the awesome airtime. We start to go up the 205-ft. lift hill, and we stop about 20 ft. from the top. We stayed in the same spot for about 3 minutes then continued our journey to the top. As we go through the layout, I find that this was a really smooth ride! The airtime was great, the turns were swift. I was beyond happy that I rode it 100 times, but also that we got stuck! I hope this is good enough to win that poster as I am Magnum’s biggest fan! Thanks for reading.
