Guests visiting Cedar Point in 2024 can anticipate long wait times for the debut of Top Thrill 2 (TT2), the replacement of Top Thrill Dragster that has been closed since August 2021.
Today Cedar Point announced the sale of their 2024 Fast Lane and Fast Lane Plus wristbands, that get riders access to a special queue that is supposed to reduce wait times on select attractions, and guests will want to pay attention if wanting it for TT2.
Daily Fast Lane prices start at $95 and go up to $149. The high price point is $20 less than 2022 & 2023 pricing.
Fast Lane Plus starts at $115, goes up to $199. This is a significant top line drop, as the Fast Lane Plus price went up to $249 in 2022.
Note: the Cedar Point website is currently showing Fast Lane/Fast Lane Plus prices starting at $79 and $99 respectively, but no dates in the system actually come up as those prices.
Where it gets interesting is there are some changes in the ride lineup for 2024.
In 2022, there were 22 attractions included in the Fast Lane program.
In 2023, 26 rides were included after they added several in the Boardwalk area.
For 2024, we now get 27 rides included.
The new attraction with Fast Lane Plus access for 2024 is TT2; however, it is only for one-time use per day. So no marathoning the top hat over and over again for daily Fast Lane holders, at least with shortened waits.
Fast Lane attractions include the following: Atomic Scrambler, Blue Streak, Cadillac Cars, Corkscrew, Dodgem, GateKeeper, Gemini, Giant Wheel, Lake Erie Eagles, Magnum XL-200, Matterhorn, maXair, Monster, Pipe Scream, Power Tower, Raptor, Rougarou, Skyhawk, Snake River Falls, Troika, Wave Swinger, WindSeeker.
Fast Lane Plus attractions adds Maverick, Millennium Force, Steel Vengeance, Top Thrill 2 (one-time use) and Valravn.
For season passholders, Cedar Point still offers the all-season add-on for $950 (Fast Lane) or $999 (Fast Lane Plus). Note, season Fast Lane programs include unlimited tides on TT2.

Fingers crossed that the single use with my prestige pass can still be used on TT2 like it was advertised when purchasing.
