Valleyfair is introducing a new event highlighting favorites regional cuisine on Saturdays & Sundays from July 14-August 5, 2018.
The event runs from 12:00 to 7:00 pm each day.
The following is the scheduled menu options, which change each week.
International Fusion (July 14-15)
– Walleye Tacos (2 tacos with walleye, lemon wedges, cilantro and papaya salsa)
– Banh Mi Juicy Lucy (Burger stuffed with pepperjack cheese, topped with sriracha mayo, cucumbers, cilantro, carrots, and jalapenos)
– Mediterranean Chicken Hotdish
– Cheesecake with Lingonberry Sauce
Campfire Cuisine (July 21-22)
– Foil Pack Walleye (with roasted potatoes and vegetables)
– Pepper Jack Juicy Lucy (topped with pulled pork, onion straws and BBQ sauce)
– Goulash Hotdish (Cavatappi noodles, ground beef, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes)
– S’mores
Minnesota Comfort (July 28-29)
– Walleye Bites
– Sharp Cheddar Juicy Lucy
– Tater Tot Hotdish
– Strawberry Fluff
Potluck (August 4-5)
– Walleye Cakes
– Spanish Juicy Lucy
– Gyro Hotdish
– Blueberry Shortcake
Access to Minnesota Eats is included in park admission; food and beverage are an additional charge. Minnesota Eats will operate on a token system.
All food items are 2 tokens. All beers are 2 tokens.
1 token = $3
4 tokens = $10
10 tokens = $20
Guests with the Valleyfair dining plan can redeem a credit for 4 tokens that are valid for food only!
A special admission + 5 tokens for food and beer is available for $43.99.
