The CGA event focuses on New Orleans, while the two events at Kings Dominion and Kings Island will highlight food and culture from France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and China.
Food locations will open at 5:00pm daily.

The New Orleans celebration at California’s Great America has been going on for several years and offers a variety of special menu items as highlighted below.

This year Grand Carnivale has been scaled back, as it is only being hosted at the two King parks.
Items can either be bought a la carte or with a tasting card.

• Smoked Duck Fried Rice- Duck Breast, Asian Vegetables, Rice & Egg Wok Fried
• Szechuan Beef Bao Bun – Steamed Bun, Double Cooked Beef, Pickled Cabbage
• Almond Cookies & Fortune Cookies
France
• Raclette – French Cheese, served on baguette & topped with arugula
• Crepe Florentine – Spinach, Garlic and Goat Cheese Stuffed Crepe
