<p>So long HalloWeekends. See ya Forbidden Frontier. We all had many great memories from the 2019 season at Cedar Point. Now that the gates have closed for the off-season, there is still a way to get a glimpse of the park by visiting Bay Harbor restaurant for the 2019-2020 specials.</p>
<p>Executive Chef Pete, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, hand crafts a variety of menu options each year that make your forget you are sitting in an amusement park. </p>
<p>New specials are available Wednesdays through Saturdays through the end of April 2020.</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday Pasta Night</strong></p>
<p>We have been big fans of Pasta Night at Bay Harbor for a number of years. Pasta night offers a selection of chef inspired dishes for $16 each. Add a salad or dessert for $5.</p>
<p>&#8211; Chicken Carbonara (Cheese tortellini, peas, bacon, grilled chicken tossed in Alfredo sauce)<br />
&#8211; Spaghetti &#038; Meatballs (Tossed in Bay Harbor&#8217;s long simmered tomato sauce with homemade meatballs)<br />
&#8211; Shrimp Scampi (Linguini tossed in white wine garlic butter sauce)<br />
&#8211; Chicken Parmigiana (Fried chicken breast, three cheese blend with tomato sauce on a bed of spaghetti)<br />
&#8211; Pasta Primavera (Mix of spinach, cherry tomatoes, peppers, in a blush sauce served over penne)<br />
&#8211; Stuffed Shells (Filled with ricotta cheese blend, spinach, and a blush vodka cream sauce)</p>
<p>Guests can also enjoy half priced bottles under $50 and $6 glasses of wine.</p>

<p><strong>Fresh Fish Friday</strong></p>
<p>Bay Harbor will offer a weekly special on Friday featuring fresh fish based on market availability for $26. Also available are $6 Wine and $4, 16 oz. Draft Beers.</p>
<p><strong>Prime Saturday</strong> </p>
<p>Prime Rib with Gouda Mashed Potatoes and a Fresh Vegetables night will feature a special entree for $34.</p>
