In an end of the year push to bump up admission, Cedar Point has once again turned to Groupon to offer deeply discounted tickets to the park.

Just a couple weeks ago, tickets were available for $39.99, which was cheaper than they were offering on their own website. (Reference previous Cedar Point Groupon offer)

Now, tickets are available as buy one, get one.

For $73, guests receive two 2018 Single Day Admissions to Cedar Point through September 9, 2018. Tickets may be used by the same customer on two separate visits or by two people in one visit.

At only $36.50 per ticket with no added taxes or transaction fees like they are when making a purchase through Cedar Point’s website, this is one of the best sales we have seen all season!

At the time of this article, the best public offer on the Cedar Point website is an everyone pays kid price of $45 + taxes and fees, AND the tickets are only valid through September 3!

Season Passholder Free Bring-a-Friend

Keep in mind, Cedar Point is also offering all 2018 season passholders a free bring-a-friend ticket for use by September 3, 2018. This is in addition to the free bring-a-friend and Fast Lane Plus offer that was available for renewing passholders for the 2019 season.

You can see a current rundown of all costs and benefits of the 2019 Cedar Fair season passes for reference.

If you do happen to be visiting Cedar Point in these final days of the 2018 season, we caution you to practice patience, as there are a LOT of cheap and free tickets floating around to boost attendance prior to Halloweekends!
