<p><P><P>2017 KINGS DOMINION DINING NEWS- There is a lot going on at Kings Dominion during the off-season as they prepare for the start of the 2017 season. For starters, Planet Snoopy is getting overhauled by adding three new rides: Kite Eating Tree, Sally&#8217;s Sea Plane, and the Peanuts™ 500. </p>
<p>Did we mention that Chick-fil-A and Boardwalk Fries located in Planet Snoopy are both new on the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/2017-kings-dominion-dining-plans/">Kings Dominion Dining plans</a> this season? Guests requested it, and now they will be able to enjoy expanded food offerings in 2017.</p>
<p><strong>Kings Dominion New Event Space</strong></p>
<p>Also new for the start of the 2017 Kings Dominion season is <strong>Joe Cool’s Pit Stop</strong>, a new event space within Planet Snoopy. This new covered dining area for private events will be perfect for families to enjoy a meal and be close to the action where the kids want to play. </p>

<p><H2>Snoopy is Back, Alright</H2></p>
<p>The 2017 season will also see the reopening of Snoopy&#8217;s Snack Shack located behind Peanuts™ Showplace and adjacent to Flying Ace. This stand will offer guests Dippin’ Dots, fresh popcorn, ICEE and Coca-Cola beverages, and fresh-spun cotton candy. The really exciting new menu item for Snoopy&#8217;s Snack Shack is a Kids Wacky Waffle! </p>

<p>Kings Dominion also welcomes Frank Padilla to the team in 2017. Frank started as a seasonal employee at Valleyfair in 1997 in the foods department. In 2012, Frank was assigned as the Valleyfair Director of Food Operations. Frank will lead the Kings Dominion team as the Director of Food and Beverage. </p>
<p>Kings Dominion is still in search of an Executive Chef to head up the team for the 2017 season.</p>
