Only select Cedar Fair amusement parks are open early enough to coincide with Easter. Traditionally, visiting the parks on Easter day is a great opportunity to experience lower crowds since 1) it is a Sunday, and 2) it is a holiday. This year Carowinds will be open for Easter and plans special events the week of April 8-16 to celebrate.

New this year, Carowinds has added a special Easter Brunch, and if you know anything about the food, it will be spectacular!

The Carowinds Easter Brunch menu will include the following:

– Raspberry Cream Cheese French Toast
– Yogurt Bar
– Fresh Berries, Granola, Banana, Toasted Almonds,
– Scrambled Egg over Cheddar Roasted Breakfast Potato Casserole
– Sausage Links
– Crispy Bacon
– Traditional Shrimp and Creamy Grits

Carving Board featuring:

– Glazed Ham, Prime Rib, Smoked Turkey
– Horseradish, Whole grain mustard, Cranberry Mayo
– Assorted Seeded Rolls
– Macaroni and Cheese
– Glazed Carrots
– Bacon Braised Green Beans

Dessert Bar featuring:

– Wild Berry Panna Cotta
– Coconut Cream Cake
– Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Assorted Juices, Coffee, Coke a Cola Beverages

The Carowinds Easter Eggstravaganza Brunch takes place in the Grove Pavilion from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on April 16, 2017.

Tickets to the Carowinds Easter Eggstravaganza Brunch are $24.99 per person and can be purchased online.
