Each year Cedar Fair parks across North America offer a special savings with the unofficial Christmas in July holiday. However, from our experience, Dorney Park is the only park that really goes above and beyond when it comes to promoting the occasion.
Not only do guests get some of the best savings on tickets all season, but there are some great promotions worth taking part in, especially when it comes to food!
The Dorney Park Christmas in July event takes place July 18-25, 2016 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Guests who donate a toy to the Toys for Tots program receive a coupon valid to purchase tickets at kids price.
Snoopy Santa will be on hand for a limited engagement photo session at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30 in the Old Time Photo location.
This where it gets really good!
Season passholders can take advantage of a FREE, yes FREE character breakfast Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:30 am in Carousel Grove. Tickets are limited and need to be reserved in advance via the Season Passholder portal.
Christmas in July Dinner
Still hunger come dinner time? Take advantage of the Christmas Feast Saturday & Sunday, July 23-24 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in Carousel Grove. Dinner features turkey with cranberry sauce & cornbread dressing, mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, green beans, dinner roll and Coca-Cola Beverages.
Dinner is only $12 for season passholders, $18 for everyone else. For those looking to obtain a combo admission and dinner ticket, they are $52 online/$62 at the gate. Kids also eat FREE at the dinner!
Tickets are substantially cheaper than the 2015 Dorney Christmas in July event, so we are assuming the free ugly Christmas t-shirts will not be handed out this season.
