<p><P><P>Were you one of the few that elected to take part in the 2016 Cedar Point #WinterChillout? After starting off the day with coffee and light snack, and a tour around the park, around 800 guests dined in the new Lakeside Pavilion. </p>
<p>Chef Phil Bucco had a spread of fresh meal options ready for the masses. The menu included the following.</p>
<p>&#8211; Fresh Vegetables (Broccoli, baby carrots, celery, radishes, tomatoes) along with ranch, blue cheese, lemon, and red pepper hummus<br />
&#8211; Boneless Wing Bar featuring BBQ and Buffalo flavors, as well as dipping sauces<br />
&#8211; Chili Station (Texas Jack and White Chicken Chili) served with sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, and crackers<br />
&#8211; Pasta Station (Penne Becca: Grilled chicken, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic olive oil; Rigatoni Primavera: Roasted vegetables, marinara sauce, Parmesan)<br />
&#8211; Caesar Salad (Romaine, traditional dressing, croutons, Romano cheese)<br />
&#8211; Apple Cobbler, Cookies</p>

This was by far the best meal I have ever had at the park. I hope this is an indication as to the overall park food for the 2016 season.
