The 2016 4th of July weekend at Cedar Point is going to be bigger and better than ever, with special food events happening throughout the extended weekend.

On July 1-4, 2016, the Johnsonville Big Taste Grill will make it’s annual return to Cedar Point. Is a whopping 440,000 BTUs enough to get you excited? How about 40 square feet of grilling surface, enough to make 750 bratwursts per time?

The Johnsonville grill truck is huge and will be at the park daily from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm. Last year the truck was parked in front of the Valravn wall, so it will be interesting to see where they locate it this year.

Guests will not only get to see the monstrous truck, but also purchase special Johnsville brat specials.

You can see last years Johnsonville Big Taste Grill visit for additional details.

All-American Grillout

There is nothing quite quintessential 4th of July than a cookout, and Cedar Point will do just that in the Lakeside Pavilion. On the 4th of July, the grills will be preparing the following meal.

– Fried Chicken, Grilled Hamburgers & Hot Dogs plus all the fixings
– Pasta Salad , Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad
