CEDAR POINT’S HOTEL BREAKERS DINING – Yeah, yeah, yeah. So Cedar Point released the news on the Mantis transformation to Rougarou. Yawn, snoozer. As if we did not know that was coming months ago. The real thrill in the announcement comes with what we can all expect from the Hotel Breakers transformation.

As the new rotunda gets a new makeover, there will also be two new dining locations added to the hotel.

First up with be a second full-service Starbucks location.

The second facility will be the Surf Lounge bar.

Additional details will be added once known. What we do know is that the addition of these two new dining locations, as well as additional details, means that Beaches ‘n’ Cream will no longer be in operation. This means the last chance you had at dining at Beaches ‘n’ Cream was on August 18, 2014, prior to its closure for the season.

Outside of the hotel will be additional dining accommodation changes too. The Coral Courtyard will be transformed into the new Lakeside Pavilion. Now, the entire area will be expanded and under a roof. Currently the area is only housed under temporary tents.

We are really excited for the Lakeside Pavilion enhancements, as the area was in need of a refresh.
