Love the Veggie Burgers! That makes all the difference in the world as to whether I would purchase or not.
Salads have cheese on them, would like to be able to get the salad minus cheese. Would also like to get the cheeseburger without cheese. It is hard to get the foreigners to understand to leave it off. They need a key on the cash register to delete the cheese.
I am disappointed the perch sandwich is off the season plan. It was a big part of why I bought the plan this year.
I agree that’s why I bought it this year, only to find out they got rid of the perch. And really 1 slice of pizza vs 2. And also why the 4 hour wait, need to go back to 2 or NONE, what does it matter when it is used we paid for 2 FREE meals per day.
We want the perch combo put on the all season dining plan!! Thank You
I would like the 2 slices of pizza, rather than the pizza and fries.
How about the market and let us eat just once. Also. Please add the perch to the menu
ALL plans should include a beverage. It would be nice to leave the perch on the menu as well. It was obviously a hit prior to 2015 so why change a good thing. Adding the market at one meal per day would also be an excellent option. The more options, the better the choices, the more meal plans will be purchased by park visitors;)
Could you add a drink…or at least when they ask for water give them a regular size glass of water and not the dinky courtesy cup?
Bring back the perch sandwich. Very disappointed to see it is not on the all-season dining plan.
Happy about the veggie burger but disappointed that the perch sandwich is not a choice. They added so much, why not put that back on as well!
“So you spent $100+ on our All-Season Dining Plan added on top of our $200+ Platinum Pass. You got to the park after 8? Well, screw you.”
Agreed!! We should have been told that when we purchased the meal plan. We rarely make it there before 8:00 because of work schedules. They should offer a refund to those of us who purchased it this past fall without the knowledge of this.
FYI, we confirmed back in August when the 2015 dining plans were released with limited information, that if you purchase the meal plan prior to the 2015 season, and after they release the lineup of food available at each of the parks, if you are not happy, you can request a refund, so long as the plan has not been redeemed.
A limit on when you could use this all season dining plan should have been told to those of us who purchased this BEFORE we bought it.
Agreed. Just like taking off Midway Market half way through the season last year.
Bad move CF very bad move.
I think limiting the hours on when we can eat is stupid. I liked it before when it was just 4 hours between times. When I go to the park, I eat when I feel like eating. I don’t need someone to tell me that if I don’t eat now, I will have to go hungry or pay for it again. The only reason I added the dining plan this year to my pass was so that I could grab a meal no matter what time I got to the park. I make the 1.5 hr drive there several times a month to enjoy my favorite park, and I don’t need them to be treating me like a little kid by telling me when I can have my food.
Please change it back!
Will the ones that purchased a meal deal already for 2015 be able to get the perch just like the ones that purchased the meal deal last year with the midway market and were able to use it after they took the midway away from the ones that purchased the meal deal early
No, guests will have to comply with the current menu offerings. If you purchased the meal plan prior to the 2015 season, and after they released the lineup of food available at each of the parks, you were not happy, you can request a refund, so long as the plan has not been redeemed. Please call Cedar Point direct to request the refund if selected.
do you have to be in line at 2:30 or be waited on and food ordered? Not sure how I feel about this change….
It is unclear at this point how the time constraints will be implemented.
These time constraints look like a nightmare for not only us, but employees as well. Who watches the time that closely while at CP? I thought the 4 hr. wait from lunch to dinner was fine. I’m not happy with this change as I eat lunch somewhere between 3 & 4 and dinner after 8 a lot of the time.
I would like to know how this will be monitored…if I’m in line @ 220 behind a crowd of people trying to squeeze their meal in, and I don’t make it to the window before 230 will I be expected to pay for my meal, or if you are in line by 230 you may use the meal plan? I don’t see a huge issue with this system…but it does leave a gray area that will create issues…not for cp execs but those hourly employees just doing their job…I guarantee they will be dealing with a lot of upset customers around that 230 and 8 cutoffs!
I haven’t yet purchased my all season meal plan but I see that they currently have it set back to a 4 hour gap between meals on the website, as opposed to the insanely ridiculous lunch and dinner windows. I hope it stays that way because we shouldn’t have to rush to be in line by a certain time. Let’s be honest, CP food is mediocre to bad at best, and the prices are already outlandish. Let’s not add insult by giving us meal windows that would require people to jump out of ride lines if they are moving too slow to make the meal cutoff.

I just spoke to a very nice lady at CP about the all season plan and sounded like she was sort of the boss over this deal. She said there should not be a 230 and 800 cut off. Also I expressed about the perch being gone and also about why we have to wait 4 hours between, if we paid for 2 meals we should be able to eat those meals when we want. She was very polite and said they will talk about it and thank you for the concerns and views. As far as people about the pop just buy the reusable cup on line for $10 and get refills for a $1 :o) You can eat at the buffet it is only $8 cmon now you don’t really think the buffet should be FREE LOL. And the Chic Filet and Panda Express that is new they were suppose to add a $5 charge for those because they are not affiliated with CP but if you see the new list out it shows that there is no upcharge, and for those 2 places what a deal.
I was really looking forward to purchasing the meal plan like I did last season, but after I went to do this and found out just because I have a platinum pass I would be charged about 50 dollars more then last year I was furious. They told me if I have a platinum pass I can eat at all the other cedar fair parks… Well I have had a pass for years and have never went to a sister park. Why can’t I just buy a meal plan that doesn’t include the other parks?! Let’s say I bought a regular pass and meal plan for 90 dollars then decided I wanted to upgrade my regular pass to platinum, I would have to pay an extra 40 dollars on top of the pass to upgrade my meal plan to a platinum meal plan. One part of the meal plan description on the cp website says meal plan only works at location it was purchased and another part says something totally different. I already paid more to get a platinum pass which gives me access to soak city and parking and that is worth it, but to pay 40 dollars more for the same meal plan as a regular pass holder and all I get is the option to use it at a different park is a ripoff on my eyes. Why not have that a meal plan option instead of being forced to purchase. I feel like I’m getting punished for buying a platinum pass, I already paid more for my pass, why not make me pay more for a meal plan…. Come on!!
We are platinum pass holders and have the all season dining plan. I’m glad to see the Midway Market is an option! One question – one of our kids is under 10. Is the upcharge still $8 for him? That’s nearly as much as the regular price for a child.
Tina: We made the suggestions about season passholder kids pricing at Midway Market, but so far have not seen or heard of anything being implemented.
I would like to buy the all day dining pass, but how do the 90 minute time periods work? I cant seem to find any info on this. If your in the 90minure windo and there is a long line because everyone will be in that window, can the turn you away after waiting? Is there something like a time limit on the window? (ex: every 90 minutes you have 20 minutes to order?) Is it something like this or what? I want to buy the but I cant find these answers. Can someone please help me?
The 90 minute window starts from scan of your wristband.
