While the meal plans as we know of them today were not in existence back then, the 2009 Kings Island meal deals included a Breakfast with Characters and Backyard BBQ. Lets take a historical look at what was offered.</p>
<p><strong>2009 BREAKFAST WITH THE CHARACTERS</strong> &#8211; Start your day of world-class thrills, fun and quality family entertainment at Kings Island with some of your favorite Kings Island friends and feast on a wholesome breakfast of scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, bacon, sausage, fresh cut fruit, assorted cereal milk, orange juice, and coffee. Plus, with each order you will receive one complimentary glossy color photo to remember this unique experience.</p>
<p>Add the all-new Breakfast with the Characters meal deal to your admission ticket for just $13.99 for Adults and $7.99 for Juniors. Breakfast time: 9:00am – 10:30am. </p>

<p><strong>2009 BACKYARD BBQ</strong> &#8211; Looking for a great money saving option? Add an all-you-can-eat picnic meal to your ticket for just $12.99 for adults and $6.99 for juniors under 48” tall with the Backyard BBQ Meal Deal. Season passholder tickets are $9.99 for adults and $5.99 for juniors under 48” tall. Buy your meal ticket in advance and you will enjoy a picnic-style meal complete with chicken tenders, hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, unlimited soft drinks and ice cream treats! Backyard BBQ runs from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm every day the park is open to the public.</p>
