There are several Cedar Fair parks, typically those featuring inspiration from amazing Executive Chef lead teams, that we are really excited about in 2015. One of the leaders in creative changes to typical amusement park food is Kings Dominion, lead by renown Executive Chef Paul Maloney.
In 2015, the chef will have a whole new team accompanying him to carry out his vision for the future.
In addition to many exciting special events to be held this year (more info as we get closer to some of the events), there are some great new menu items to be featured at Kings Dominion.
Proposed new 2015 menu items at Kings Dominion include the following:
– Fish Tacos
– Park Made Coleslaw
– New and Improved Grab and Go Desserts
– Signature Salads like Cobb, Asian Chicken and Summer Berry throughout the park
– More side options such as fresh Pasta Salads, Cucumber Tomato Salad and Caprese Salad (Tomato, Mozzarella and Fresh Basil)
– A New Signature Burger
– Better BBQ options
– New and Improved Seasonal Funnel Cake Toppings
We will also see a return of the Bistro 75 concept, featuring an outdoor waitstaff table service setting, and featuring rotating and seasonal menu items.
