A busy day at Knott’s Berry Farm conjures up hunger, and we are always excited to dive in and try dining plan options throughout the park. One option we really wanted to try was the Sutter’s Buffalo Style Breaded Chicken Sandwich & French Fries.

The fried chicken breast is coated in buffalo sauce and served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a sesame seed bun.

The sandwich is substantial in size with nice, fresh vegetables. While we love buffalo sauce and have no aversion to heat, we thought the chicken could have used a nice drizzle of sauce as opposed to being sauced in the sauce. Some may love the full appeal of buffalo on the chicken.

We also have an interest in seeing a really good bread served on sandwiches, as they can really make or break the meal. We would have liked to see a better bun served with the meal.

The fries were typical with nothing special. Perhaps some blue cheese and buffalo ranch would have really paired well on the fries with the sandwich.

Overall we enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich from Knott’s, but with some minor improvements the meal could be a lot better.
