On Monday nights this summer, Cedar Point’s Bay Harbor will offer a $6 Fried Calamari with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce & Pesto Mayo as part of their 2018 summer specials.

The appetizer is served with a hefty portion of lightly fried calamari. The dish is then paired with a sweet Thai chili sauce and house made pesto mayo.

What really surprised us was how light and refreshing this dish is, especially on a warm summer evening. The breading was very light on the calamari. We also really enjoyed switching between the sweet Thai chili sauce, which added a little bit of heat and the pesto mayo.

The fried calamari appetizer is part of the everyday menu for $11. However, during Happy Hour on Mondays, guests can get this dish at the bar or patio for only $6, making it an excellent deal!
