New for 2019 at the Miner’s Cafe in the Frontier Canada section of the park are rice and noodle bowls.

One of the new selections is a crispy chicken and steamed rice bowl. Included with the meal is stir-fry vegetables and the entire dish is covered in a lemon sauce.

The meal is very hearty and filling with loads of flavors! The chicken is nice and crispy while remaining tender inside. All the fresh veggies go really well together with the meal and add tons of additional flavor.

It is also really nice that the crispy chicken bowl is included on the Canada’s Wonderland dining plan!

The only con that we have experienced several times after ordering this dish is not enough sauce. By the time one gets to the bottom of the bowl, there remains a lot of rice that would be nice to have some additional lemon sauce to mix in.

If at all possible, we strongly recommend you try and mix the rice from the bottom with the vegetables and chicken before eating the meal to try and evenly distribute the lemon sauce.
