Cable Car Kitchen

Cable Car Kitchen replaces Pink’s hot dogs, which operated at Knott’s Berry Farm from 2009-September 29, 2014. Cable Car Kitchen officially opened on October 3, 2014. Cable Car Kitchen is also a throwback to the original that existed at Knott’s Berry Farm back in the 1950’s.

All sandwich combos include a 20 oz soft drink and kettle chips

The Grand Ave.- Thinly sliced warm Pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and green jalapeno sauce on fresh baked sourdough bread (Combo $14.99; A La Carte $8.99)

The Farm- Arugula lettuce, red onion, tomato, sprouts, cucumbers, and sundried tomato pesto mayo on a herbed focaccia roll (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

The ’49er- Thinly sliced Prime Rib, topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and horseradish sauce on a fresh baked French roll (Combo $14.99; A La Carte $8.99)

The Open Claim- House made meatloaf, topped with brown gravy, served open face on a sourdough bread (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

The Roller- Fresh meatballs made daily, marinara sauce, provolone and mozzarella cheese on a fresh baked roll (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

The Boardwalk Sub- Deli sliced Capicola, Genoa Salami, and Ham with lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini, vinegar and olive oil on Italian bread (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

The Berry Cobbler- (Cold turkey piled high with tomato, sprouts, Swiss cheese, and boysenberry mayo on a herbed focaccia roll (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

La Fiesta- Carne Asada strips with Swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado on a torta (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

The Cable Car- Grilled Mac & Cheese with garlic Parmesan spread on fresh baked cheese bread (Combo $13.99; A La Carte $7.99)

Goldie’s Gobbler- Smokin’ hot baked turkey topped with house made gravy served open faced on fresh baked cheese bread (Combo $14.99; A La Carte $8.99)

The Wrangler- Thinly sliced Pastrami with spicy brown and whole grain mustards on a Kaiser roll (Combo $14.99; A La Carte $8.99)
