CAROWINDS 2015 FOOD MENU- Carowinds is going to be a very exciting park to visit in 2015, thanks in part to Executive Chef Kris Siuta leading the way with revamped menu items across the park. Not to mention, there will be that little new coaster called Fury 325.
Chef Siuta has been making his away across several of the Charlotte area news stations promoting some of the exciting new menu items coming to Carowinds in 2015.
For example, on December 10, 2014, Chef Siuta was on WBTV discussing the following new menu items.
– Grilled corn pudding
– Braised leeks and butter beans
– Cinnamon roll bread pudding
– Braised red cabbage with apples and roasted beets
– Vanilla Coke Boiled Peanuts
American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE) Winter Warmup
We also are starting to see what additional food items we might see in 2015, based upon the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE) Winter Warmup event at Carowinds on January 17, 2014. While the highlight will be showing guests the progress of Fury 325 and other park related news, lunch will include a menu called “Taste Of Carolina.”
The menu includes the following:
– Local Carolina Cheese
– Blue Crab Ceviche
– Seafood Gumbo & Brunswick Stew, both over Carolina Gold Rice
– Pulled Pork Spring Roll with Carolina Mustard Sauce
– Wild mushroom ravioli with smoke turkey and wild herb butter
– Sweet Tea Glazed Chicken with Cabbage & Beets
– Shrimp & Grits
– Jalapeño Pimento Cheese Balls with Cranberry Jelly
– Moon Pie Shooter
– Gelato Panini
