How do Chick-fil-A prices at Cedar Point compare to those outside the park?
On a recent trip down south, the CPFB stopped in Perry, Georgia, to visit a local Chick-fil-A store. Georgia is the headquarters of Chick-fil-A, meaning the area is prime country for droves of fans. The crowded parking lot and store indicated that Chick-fil-A has a loyal following down south, and a brief discussion with the manager confirmed the fan base.
Note, the Cedar Point Chick-fil-A has a limited menu compared to stores outside of the park. In addition, prices at the Perry location may not be indicative of prices at other locations around the country. The comparison of prices may vary by location.
The information below is formatted to show the Cedar Point prices first, followed by their cost outside the park.

Chick-fil-A Cost Analysis
By comparing the prices, we can get an idea behind the pricing structure.
A regular chicken sandwich costs 29% extra at Cedar Point, but the meal deal costs 44% more than when purchased outside of the park.
Go with the deluxe regular chicken sandwich only, and pay an extra 34% more, but switch to the meal and you pay 44% more.
Spicy chicken sandwiches go for 27% more, and 43% more with the meal deal.
The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich goes for 32% more than outside the park, and 43% more with a meal.
8-count nuggets go for 29% more and 45% when adding fries and a drink.
12-count nuggets cost 26% more and 42% more with the meal deal.
From this pricing structure, we see the real profit makers are the extras (fries and drinks). Want to avoid paying a huge markup? Stick with just the entree, and save the money (and the calories).
