Each year, The Ohio State University partners with Cedar Point and buys out the park for students, alumni, family and friends. This year Ohio State Day at Cedar Point is May 10, 2019, the day before the park opens to the general public. The park is open 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
While the day is “supposed” to be reserved for current Ohio State students, alumni, friends and family, anyone could attend so long as they purchase a ticket (season passes are not valid on this day).
Ticket Prices for 2019 are as follows:
Current Students- $26.06
Alumni, Friends, Family- $40.48
Junior/Senior- $30.87
Cedar Point is also offering an outstanding deal on Fast Lane Plus wristbands for only $65, which includes front of the line access for favorite roller coasters like on Steel Vengeance, Valravn, Maverick, Top Thrill Dragster and GateKeeper.

Purchase your tickets before April 7 and receive a wristband for free unlimited Coca-Cola beverages all day.
In addition, Cedar Point will be hosting a special All-You-Can-Eat BBQ for an additional charge. For $15.93, guests can eat from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Lakeside Pavilion.

I’m a platinum passholder. Am I allowed to visit Cedar Point on Ohio State Day?
Adam: Anyone can visit the park on Ohio State Day so long as you purchase a ticket. Season passes are not valid on this day.
Totally not cool. Why isn’t there a season pass day? All the other cedar fair parks have one. We just went to Carowinds for theirs. They had special days last year for us. Very disappointed.
