The 2017 Knotts Amber Waves Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Menu is now available for guests exclusively on February 14, from 5:00 to 10:00 PM.

The prix fixe menu comes in two forms.

For $30.95 adults/$28.95 seniors you can order the following menu options.

Petit Filet Mignon (served with mushroom Merlot sauce and scampi prawns in a tomato garlic herb butter)

Grilled Salmon (served with lump crab meat served with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus spears)

For $28.95 adults/$27.95 seniors you can order the following:

Chicken Wellington (Puff pastry, stuffed with mushroom duxelle in a Madeira wine saunce)

Each meal also comes with the choice of two side dishes:

– Baby garden vegetables
– Chateau potatoes
– Confetti garden rice pilaf
– Green beans almondine
– Roasted red potatoes

Your choice of dessert:

– Chocolate ganache torte served with chocolate covered strawberries
– Strawberry cheesecake

Your choice of glass of:
– Chilled champagne
– Martinelli’s sparkling cider
