One of our favorite times of year is during Haunt, because, well it is a lot of FUN to experience the parks in a new light darkness. We also love the Halloween season because it is one time of year the Cedar Fair parks really let the executive chefs skills shine through by creating unique dining experiences.

One particular park has really shined in recent years at Dorney Park. Their Mansion House meal has turned out some absolute incredible food not only in taste but in presentation.

This year Executive Chef Malo Jones takes on his inaugural Mansion House Meal with a fresh new menu.

Mansion House dinners take place on Saturday evenings (October 8, 15, 22, 29, 2016) at 5:30 in the Mansion House haunt dining room.

Just like in past years, the menu sounds incredible. Lets take a look!

Appetizer
Shrimp Dip (Gulf shrimp married with cream cheese, sherry, garlic, Parmesan, served with French bread)

Grilled Vegetable Neapolitan (Marinated vegetables and fresh herbs with chive infusion oil and balsamic glaze)

Salad Selection
Market salad (Baby greens with seedless cucumbers teardrop tomatoes and shredded carrots with signature dressing)

Classic Caesar (Crisp romaine, parmesan, butter croutons with Classic dressing)

Black Angus Rib Eye laced with a roasted shallot demi glace with red skin mashed potatoes and roasted vegatables

Chicken Madeira Pan seared chicken breast and wild mushroom medley served with angel hair pasta and asparagus
