California’s Great America has introduced an exciting new food event to the park that sounds FUN. On July 23-24 and 30-31, 2016, the Orleans section of Great America will be enhanced with additional decor, live Cajun and Jazz music, and of course great food!

Guests can purchase a tasting card for $25 that includes 6 tastings as follows.

– Creole Meatballs
– Bourbon House BBQ Chicken Wings
– Red beans and rice
– Chicken Andoullie Gumbo
– Crawfish Etouffee
– New Orleans Beignets (2)

Guests can also order special Shrimp Po Boy and a Muffuletta sandwiches at the Pizza Orleans stand.

Each night will also feature New Orleans themed fireworks displays.

These are exciting times to be a Cedar Fair fan, with interesting food events popping up all the time. Things are changing! The food is changing!
